Step Four: Being Filled with the Holy Spirit
Then after coming up out of the waters of baptism, one should expect to be filled with the Holy Spirit (Ghost) with the evidence of speaking in tongues and prophesying as the Spirit gives you utterance. If this does not occur right away, then have those ministering, and the other believers lay hands on you for the purpose of being filled with the Holy Spirit, and continue in prayer, calling upon God, in the name of Jesus Christ, until you are filled. (True gift of the Holy Spirit)
